Delivery:
We will endeavour to have these delivered as soon as possible, despatch will be made within 5 working days of receipt of payment. All our soaps are hand made fresh to order. If there will be a delay due to the size of the order, we shall email or telephone and let the customer know.
If you are local and you would prefer to collect, please place your order on 078 1000 2764. You will not be charged delivery and you can pay cash on collection.
Bulk Orders:
Please be aware when buying bulk of a particular item that due to the nature of our items being hand made individually there may be slight variations (even with the same batch). This is unavoidable as sometimes even the slightest drop difference of colour can have a dramatic strength difference on the final shade.
International Orders:
We welcome international orders but please contact us to order. Thank you.
Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of the purchase being specifically ordered and hand made, it is not possible for Fabydo to accept returns due to unwanted items.
In the unusual event that the soap is not be of merchantible quality, fit for purpose, or damaged, Fabydo will refund the customer the cost of the item. The buyer is to pay return postage, unless goods are damaged or not as ordered.
